Multicontraste, Lda. guarantees Customer/User’s satisfaction with the printing service, binding and photographic finishing. In case of eventual, unlikely, damage delivery or manufacture fault, please contact us through Customer Service within 14 days of receiving it. We will solve the problem.




In case of eventual complaint, the Customer/User should contact us by letter within eight (8) working days, after the product’s reception. The complaint can be refused, without any compensation or repair to the problems caused, by its delivery.

The complaint by letter should be addressed, in a registered form with reception alert, together with the fault product to the following address: Praceta Coelho Seabra, nº7, 2720-109 Amadora, Lisboa, Portugal.
